Very professional and proficient. Quick turnaround on the servicng of my two Technics 1200 MK2's and the repair of my Numark mixer. Both working flawlessly, extremely happy with work performed, speed and price!
Terrible customer service definitely didn’t feel welcomed walking in to get repair work done. Imagine saying hello 3 times to be ignore and rushed away without any solution or inquiry on needing services done. STAY AWAY
Ralph did a thorough repair and quick turnaround on 2x1200 MkII's I had recently acquired. One had a bad audio cable and the other had major pitch shifter calibration/led issue. He solved them quickly, He won't share any of his secrets, but you gear will be working and promptly if you are local. Thank again Beatlab, see you next time!
