staff let my dog leave with a stranger without contact info... it's been 10 days pretty sure he's stolen. once I told new owner she apologized and sounds like she wants to change policy's hopefully she does.
Someone brought in our dog, Baxter, to be scanned after she found him and the receptionist let her leave with him and failed to get her contact information so now we have no way of getting our dog Baxter back home. New management has been helpful with assuring that new policies have been put in place so that this doesn’t happened to another family. But reception team needs improvement. Lied to me and failed to get basic information from a woman bringing in a lost pet.
BRING BAXTER BACK HOME! How do you not get someone’s contact information when they bring in a dog they found?!
