My son is 6 and autistic💙💛❤️💚 He has been seeing Dr Rupert since birth.. She's an amazing doctor!! Very kind caring and thorough! I also love how much time she spends talking with me about my son❣️
The front office staff is very professional and have great skills at dealing with the children and parents arrival. The doctor, Educated us on the medication and Walked us through everything we need to know about the situation. I was very happy with the examination and the way she engaged with my grandson. Thank you for a great first visit!
Dr. Ruprecht was great. Scheduling could be improved. Our appointment was at 12:45pm and we were told to arrive 15 minutes early. There was nobody in the office upon our arrival and a note saying they were at lunch until 12:45pm. The office staff returned to the office at 1pm. Seems absurd to have patients come in at 12:30pm when there is nobody in the office for 30 minutes.
