PLEASE READ MY REVIEW. DON'T BE A VICTIM. We met Dr. Dygulska at the hospital where we gave birth. Dr. Dygulska was the primary doctor for my daughter since birth. It was a terrible experience, was had no support, no pamphlets on basic medical needs ie- Dr. Dygulska never told us about tummy time or how to clean the naval. Here's the kicker- my daughter has autism, early on we mentioned to Dr. Dygulska that something was not right about our child. Dr. Dygulska dismissed our concerns as just being new parents. Very caring and nurturing with kids. Dr. Dygulska is always patient and tends to the needs of her patients and welcomes parental concerns. My daughter has been seen by her since she was months and now she is 5 years old. We do not intend on going anyplace else.
Needs better support staff and office system. I have called on various occasions to schedule an appointment for my child. Telephone wait times can be over 40 minutes, which is outrageous! As a doctor, she is just OK. I've remained with for several years, in part because of convenience, but am looking to move on.
