Requested and approved an estimate for a new A/C unit. Ended up getting a bigger and more expensive one (around $1,000 more) in July 2025. As of today (10/04/25), the paperwork with the City was not completed and can't get an answer from the company.
I recommend Beat The Heat - I trust them to maintain my AC at its best. The entire team is wonderful!
Horrible experience. They are very unprofessional. I was quoted one price then the next month the price for the same quote went up an extra $1395 dollars when I was finally ready for the service. When they arrived they kept asking me how was I going to pay. On top of all that after they replaced my air condition when it started to rain my roof started leaking from where they installed it.
