I have been coming here for several months, have 40 pounds of COVID dad bod laziness weight in the rear view mirror thanks to this place. They have a lot of different trainers, each with their own style and a great schedule for mornings and evening classes.
My son takes the kids boxing class here with Tip and he is an excellent instructor. I have to say it’s been one of the better extracurriculars for him. My son now walks around with much more confidence and even has come out of his shell a bit more which any parent would love to see. It been a great environment for him and look forward to bringing my daughter when she’s old enough! Thanks Tip and Beastie!
It is really a great community. I had no prior experience in boxing and absolutely welcomed with open arms. It's been three months since I started working out here and already seeing major results. I try to attend the Monday and Friday 6am classes with Joseph - it's a calorie burner and a great workout. He's intense and pushes you but in a good way. Good energy and good vibes. Great staff and overall great workout. I workout here 4 days out the week and I am guaranteed an amazing workout everytime. The owner, who is also one of the trainers makes sure to change the workout everytime so my body doesn't get use to it, which is great because I am seeing the results I want.
