Noah and his wife, Dom, are the definition of truly amazing customer service. After having a misdiagnosis that would have been super costly, being lied to and then ghosted by another mobile mechanic...it was a blessing to finally run into Beast Mode Mobile Repair! They were at my house in less than 24 hours to give me a proper diagnosis then not even another 24 hours after that my car was back on the road. As far as diagnostic goes he is amazing. Quick, to the point and professional. My issue is that I was told multiple times by him how long he would need for a job and a ROUGH estimate of how much my car would cost to fix. It took 4 days not including day of service to get my quote from management and I was quoted double what he himself had roughly estimated on the day of service and over double what most other mobile mechanics have quoted me. When I say the most kind and considerate people, I mean it 1000% they made sure not only did they fix my car in under **15 minutes flat**, When other mechanics couldn’t diagnose nor solve the problem and I called three different mechanics with no avail lol they also took me to, and fro to my house and volunteer to help in anyway! If I could give them 1000 stars I would! Choose them today
