I did a 9 week fitness challenge and only lost 5 pounds with my own meals. After hearing about Beast Coast Nutrition, I added their meals in with my workout routine and lost a total of 13 pounds! I’ve been using them for over 3 months now and couldn’t be happier with the meals and my results with their weight loss meals. Great taste, great variety, great company!
This company must be anti-seasoning. This stuff is the reason why people think they hate healthy foods. The meat is usually okay, but you get a small amount and then the sides are plain, dry, and unsalted. I understand that the idea is fewer calories, sodium, etc, but there are alternative solutions. Not worth the price per meal.
My husband and I would always eat out for our lunches. We would always feel sluggish, unfocused and tired (especially after high carb meals) but in the two weeks we have been using Beast Coast we can tell a dramatic difference! I 100% will continue to use Beast Coast, the meals taste amazing!
This is the best pre-made foods to order. The meals are well proportioned, healthy farm fresh meats and beautiful GMO and pesticide free vegetables. The varieties are amazing and flavors are scrumptious. I highly recommend this company.
I absolutely love my Beast Coast meals! I have IBS, along with many food intolerances. The paleo meals are perfect. They work so well with my limitations. Thank you!!
