The people are extremely nice and you can train for weight loss as well as American Ninja Warrior. Dance classes are also available throughout the week for really low prices. Rebekah is amazing!
Great family gym. A place where you, your teen and your parents could train together at each person's fitness level and see results. Competent instructors and caring owners. Offer wonderful different types of fitness dance classes, stretch and yoga and more. Try the 1 week tryout special, you'll love it.
Thank you Beast Body for teaching me technique, mind set and what hard work accomplishes. I feel stronger, healthier and ready to start the day with a clear mind after a good A.M. workout.
