Im glad that I moved out of there! Everything posted years ago was still true when I moved out last month. Wish I knowed about that before I moved in or I would not have moved in! What was there of the playground was tore up and dangerous. Nobodies dishworshers worked right. If they just squirted water then that considered working. They didnt tell me that dishwasher, playground, all that stuff they bragged about having is a lie before I moved in and they took my money. DO NOT even move here I am last the last reviewer here. Would not suggest these apts. to anyone. I have profuse amounts of black mold growing in ALL windows, both bathrooms, baseboards. I clean with bleach, try and keep my apt. as clean as possible.... I'm about to the point of breaking my lease. You cannot get maint. to do anything in your apartment. You cannot tell the leasing manager ANYTHING in confidence or it will be told to the whole complex before the next day. Totally unprofessional! And its true everyone gets charg... read more
I like the location of the apts. However, it is apt living. You can hear your neighbors, especially if you live on the bottom. I can say this though, the apt itself is nicer and bigger than most. If all tenants took as much pride in their place as I do in mine then they wouldnt throw nasty cigarette butts and trash down. Its sad that the maintenance guy spends so much time picking up after inconsiderate tenanats and their guests every day. I would say this place could be a master card commercial, but nothing there is priceless! Trash by door ....\$25/per bag Fold-up furniture outside...\$25 Grill too close to building...\$25 Dumped charcoal....\$25 Fick your cigarette....\$25/per cig (can even result in termination of lease) Need I say more.....
NO to Beason Well Apts I would not recommend Beason Well Apts, I have lived here for 18 months , it is difficult to get maintenence, my apt has black mold and management has been informed but nothing is ever done. Management prefers to bully the tenants. I am currently paying 110.00 per month than other tenants with the same type apt, I have inquired as to why this is and no one will answer my question. The 10 pm curfew is never enforced but let your toddler attempt to play and you get confronted,
