We purchased a new HVAC system from Beasley's in 2022 and immediately started having problems. It was taking far too long to cool the house and some days wouldn't cool at all. They were good about sending technicians and the technicians kept finding repairs to make, but none of the repairs solved the problem. I have been in and out of the customer service industry from over 20 years. I am not one to complain or even attempt to bash a business but my ONE recommendation if you are reading this is to stay away. Call someone else.
I commend James, the service technician who came to my home in this below zero temperature weather to repair my furnace which stopped working. And he reprogrammed my thermostat as well. James, did the repairs an awesome job! James, he was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and meticulous. He responded to quick and on time. I highly recommended. Thanks James, so much me and I appreciate it.
Its been 2 weeks and still no phone call or anything. So I had to go with another service business to get my issue resolved.
The AC technician and “subcontractor” who came to replace my fan provided the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. With so many other AC companies in this small vicinity—I wouldn’t use this these services again if they were free.
