Can’t say enough wonderful things about this company and this is the third time over 8 years they’ve come and addressed the problem. This evening, a Friday mind you at 6:30pm, Parker came by and fixed our AC issue. We are beyond impressed with the professionalism, reliability and quality of services.
We purchased a new HVAC system from Beasley's in 2022 and immediately started having problems. It was taking far too long to cool the house and some days wouldn't cool at all. They were good about sending technicians and the technicians kept finding repairs to make, but none of the repairs solved the problem. The house just kept taking forever to cool, and the unit would periodically freeze up and the house would heat up to 80+ degrees. I have been in and out of the customer service industry from over 20 years. I am not one to complain or even attempt to bash a business but my ONE recommendation if you are reading this is to stay away. Call someone else.
