Worked hand and hand with Jeff and Justin to sell my trailer and purchase my first home. They weren’t too proud to be selling an old single wide trailer and went the extra mile and did a 3D tour! Totally went above and beyond. Communication was excellent and it was a seamless transaction. Highly recommend them!

Bought and sold house with them. Started with Jeff Baldwin as realtor. He was not knowledgeable, not responsive and directly insulted me. Shifted to Cofer and he was responsive and knew what he was doing. Still at closing we had a hold back of $7000 to fix a problem. Holdback was determined by realtors-I never saw a bid. Actual cost came in at over $8K which should have been covered by seller but $1000 became our problem. Justin Cofer came through in the end. They still need to communicate better and more often.
