My wife and I decided to sell our house this year. We were very anxious because it was the first house that we listed for sale. We called Beasley and hired Jeff Baldwin to be our realtor. I would never buy from them due to their unprofessional actions. They halted inspection not bothering to notify tenants so inspection could happen even though it was part of our offer contact. They demanded an extra fee to permit access to property. It’s hard not to see their actions as deliberate sabotage. They absolutely wasted our time and aren’t credible to hold any agreements made.
I purchased and sold my homes through Beasley Realty. Katlyn was on top of the entire process every step of the way. We had smooth transaction into our new home while selling out old. Very professional and easy to work with.
Shady and act with zero accountability. Our offer was accepted then Beasley Realty refused to cooperate in scheduling inspection and broke the agreement not allowing inspection. They would not notify tenants which is the sellers duty so the inspector we picked and scheduled could legally enter. Waste of time to try working with them.
