As a case worker for a tenant at Beasley Mill, I have become very concerned about several issues. The main one being the maintenance tech. On Monday May 1st, I witnessed him being under the influence of an unknown substance while trying to place a couch in the dumpster. While on the property on Thursday May 4th, he seemed to have a very difficult time keeping his balance. This has been an ongoing issue.
