I went in on a Wednesday at 5:30 PM. There were four others in front of me, so I knew there would be a little bit of a wait. At 7 o’clock I left the salon and had not had any service started during that time. I wish they had told me upfront that They were moving very slow, and I wouldn’t have wasted an hour and a half of my time. I was very disappointed.
