This is my 3rd year staying at this place, best location, super clean and the communication with the host was great, even the smallest suite was cozy. I’m stoked that they built a mini ramp this year. Can’t wait for the next season!

Terrible place. Dont stay here! Host is very rude and umprofessional.
0 star. The property manager Fellipe is very bad, not helpful and irresponsible. He will find many ways to charge you extra, he is greedy! I don’t recommend renting from him or from Bear X property in Big Bear. They ruined my Christmas 2024. They had many options to fix the issue we had and he careless because my reservation was done long time ago back in May and now 10days prior Christmas he canceled on me, they manage many other places and he refused to relocate me for the price I paid.
