DISGRACEFUL...It was suggested by a few people that I knew, you guys are so OVERRATED! Peach cobbler (I'm not sure what you guys did to it) but that was the worst part of everything. Didn't end up finishing anything, not sure if it's a hard time due to Covid but this is the second time, I tried to give the benefit of the doubt the first time around. This food isn't fair to even be sold...
Went in have medical issues but was wearing a mask anyway and was yelled at from a employee to pull my mask up further I and employees were cleaning tables with their masks the same way
Food is great I usually go a few times a month but I will NOT be going anymore until they go back to accepting CASH!! My order last week was a little over $100 when I got to the cashier and they wouldn’t take my cash I should have just left but I was hungry and gave in. That won’t happen again

Such good food that last year we wanted to have our casual rehearsal dinner in the Hartford location. Problem was my MIL had the hardest time getting anybody to help her make a reservation for our group and couldn’t get answers to simple questions once she finally got ahold of somebody. It’s like they didn’t want our business. So we went elsewhere and had a great time but will probably never eat there again 😢
We ordered Bear’s online 45 minutes before our scheduled pickup time. We then waited another half an hour to obtain the food.
First we tried to order on Father’s Day and waited on hold for 45 minutes with no answer. Figured it was due to the holiday so called again the next day. The recording said we were next in line- waited another 35 minutes with no answer. This was the South Windsor location. Then we decided to order through Dine in CT since I couldn’t get through on the phone. Our order came from the Hartford location and over 1/2 our order was missing. Recommendedthe serving size was kinda small but the prep and flavor was awesome. I would definitely recommend you try it out.
