Everyone I talked to was helpful and professional. Clayton was on time, respectful and very patient to explain things more than once. I need some further work done and he provided me with multiple options explaining the pros and cons of each. Bear Plumbing came highly recommended by others in my neighborhood and I can see it was for good reason.

Colby and Luke were excellent. Polite and well mannered; knowledgeable, clean and thorough. Enjoyed talking with them and the water heaters were installed to my standards. I could have done this myself but if any one was going to do it, I’m glad it was these folks. (Pics are the old units and then a picture of the box with the new unit! )

This company really is organized and deliver great service. It starts with scheduling which is a breeze! Communication is top notch with message and a picture of who is coming ,a time frane and then a message when they head to your job. Work went smoothly and work was very well done.
