They always do great work, and no mess when they are done. Craig goes above and beyond . Always asks how we have been and helps out with projects even to taking off suckers on tomatoe plants

We were able to schedule online with Bears for a same day AC repair. Their dispatch fee was slightly higher than a few others (by $30 at the highest) however it felt reasonable given the convenience. Our tech Jake L was prompt and polite. He called prior to arrival, then identified and repaired the problem quickly. He even donned booties to take 3 steps into the house to settle the invoice. Used Bears Home Solutions a couple months ago for a plumbing repair and decided to give them a try to fix a problem with my A/C system. Craig came and checked out my system. Once he had looked it over, he took the time to thoroughly explain what he found and what we could try first to fix the problem. He was friendly, seemed very knowledgeable and made sure everything was working before he left. Would certainly not hesitate to request Craig again if require further service.
