I have never been treated so poorly by a company. I called simply to ask why I hadn’t received a call letting me know my medication was ready. Instead of helping, Lorin immediately became defensive and started raising her voice, telling me she has “thousands of clients” and would never call everyone to notify them when a prescription is filled.
