I have never been treated so poorly by a company. I called simply to ask why I hadn’t received a call letting me know my medication was ready. Instead of helping, Lorin immediately became defensive and started raising her voice, telling me she has “thousands of clients” and would never call everyone to notify them when a prescription is filled. If zero stars were an option, I would choose it. Jordan was one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. He accused my family of stealing, and we emptied our pockets just to prove we had taken nothing. Out of anger, he then kicked my nephew’s car seat completely unacceptable and disturbing behavior. What kind of man does that? We ended up involving the police, yet he still refused to issue a refund. This experience was humiliating, hostile, and shocking. I would strongly warn others to avoid this place.

It’s been almost 3 years now that I’ve used bar pharmacy for compound ivermectin. They have been so easy to work with, and every employee seems to be empowered to take care of the customer. Thank you bear pharmacy.
