I've been doing business with these guys for years; however they have gone downhill. I made my most recent order over the phone for some belts that they didn't have in stock; so they ordered them. A week later, I still hadn't heard from them, so I gave them a call. Apparently, they never placed the order; giving the excuse that they can't place an order without a credit card number. They will do their best and are willing to point you in the right direction if it's not something they work with!
Lee went above and beyond to help me. I called right close to closing time and he took payment over the phone and set my bearing on the front porch for me to pick up after hours. I was able to get my motorcycle back on the road the same day thanks to him!!
