Okay, I love them! I cannot say enough good things about Beargrass! As a woman who puts a lot of miles on my bikes, finding a shop where you feel supported, listened to, and completely non-judged is rare. Joe and the team are incredibly kind and communicative. 100/100 recommendation!

Was at home cleaning my bike up for a event ride the next day. Noticed I had a broken spoke. I panicked. I called Bear Grass up, told them the situation, and they were able to help me out. I took my bike in and they had my spoke fixed in a few hours. Can't thank them enough for squeezing me in in a pinch!
My dropper cable went out while riding at Post Canyon and Beargrass got me back out on the trails in the same day. Great vibes and awesome service.
Joe at Beargrass bicycles did a fantastic job on my E bike. My bike looks brand new and his prices are very reasonable. Best bike shop in the Gorge in my opinion
