I was shocked to see the low-star review of Beard's Restoration. I've worked with them on nontrivial projects and have recommended him to a number of people who've been completely satisfied. Whatever happened, it is not typical of his work.
We hired Dan for a complete remodel of an old farmhouse. The house only had a few walls and a lot of problems - it was a big project. We found Dan through word of mouth within Portland’s old home community (my husband managed the antiques and vintage department at Rejuvenation).
