Having been using this business for almost two decades. All items have appraised at independent jewelers for far more than I paid. Additionally they have a policy that if you do not like a purchase bring it back and pick something else. There is never any pressure in sales. One time he even sent me home with two rings for an anniversary because I was unsure what to buy!!!
