TLDR - Don't schedule appointments with Melissa. I have been here three times now. The first two visits were with a different lady who was not available today. While expensive, both those visits were good experiences. The location's hours of operation means needing to take PTO for me to get there before they close. I just had an appointment with beard and beers at 02. My barber was shawn, l just showed him a picture of my past haircut. Just asked to do the same. But he wanted to do something else.l asked him twice, and he said,"You can find a new barber". Worse experience in lousiville.
