I brought in my car to be looked at because I was concerned with the rpm while I was stationary. I did not get any updates for 3 weeks, I had to call and was told it was fine. I then asked for my driver side window to be fixed, as it would only go up or down intermittently and seemed like the motor was dying. I got an update saying they would order a new window motor and install it for a little over 500 dollars. We were happy to have Heather back into the Beardmore Subaru and resolve the window issues on her vehicle on July 15th and the vehicle was returned to her on the 17th, Unformtunately we had very poor communication with her an apoligize for not contacting her until this was brought to management attention, thank you.

I was just there with my son with intentions to purchase a truck we saw online. We were treated with the absolute worst customer service in my life!!!!!! Even the manager was a jerk. We weren't even allowed to view it nor test drive it. I would never recommend someone to this place. Why would you advertise a vehicle online that is not ready to be test driven or even looked at?? This was a huge waste of our time. We will be telling everyone about our horrible experience.

We apologize for the poor interaction with a member of the Management Staff and we will look into this interaction. We do put the vehicles on our website when we purchase them so that we are able to schedule appointments with guests to see the vehicle. We don't show the vehicle until it has been inspected so that we avoid misrepresenting the vehicle. Thank you for the feedback.
