My mom and I have both been going here for quite some time and we have never been disappointed. I was helped by Rob Meyer today and he was amazing at getting my car done in a timely manner and explained everything going on and explained why he was recommended what he did. This service department is terrible! My husband dropped his car off to have some electrical problems and a recall fixed. They kept the car for three days with no updates. My husband called daily to check on his car and they admitted the first day, the day the appointment was scheduled, they “never had a chance to look at it” because they’re a “full auto shop with many customers”.
