Paul, my service writer was very professional and knowledgeable. Paul was very accommodating to me, and he made me feel that my truck was in qualified hands. We went for oil change, tire rotation & general inspection. They didn’t put our valve stem covers back on, tire pressures were wrong, they missed to lights that were out and didn’t wash the car. When we got inside there were oily hand prints on the door. Very very disappointed. Now we have to go back yet again to have all these things fixed-we do not live close whatsoever.
