If I could rate lower I would...sent emails over a week ago for customer service and no response...just sent fb message but probably same reply effort coming

I emailed Beardalizer on February 15th. Today is February 21 and still they haven't replied to my email. I called their "customer service" several times. I left a voicemail and yet no one has called me back. Berdalizer should do a better job of customer service.
