While all ingredients are water soluble the products do not do what they claim. I will not say that any particular product I have tried would have any adverse effect but it seems to be nothing more that the snake oil salesmen in the days of old peddling their tonics and miracle cures. You can buy biotin for 6 dollars at Walmart. I was not impressed with the products or the level of customer service I received I for one will not spend anymore money with Beardalizer.
