I’m an attorney in Georgia, and I hired Lynn Bearden to represent me in a family law matter. She is, without question, one of the best attorneys I’ve ever seen in action. Lynn will not fight for you to win. I felt as if she didnt want to offend any of her cohorts over her client. Not articulate in court. Lynn Bearden will not fight your case. Her and the prosecutor are too close of friends. And she even ask for her attorney fees in cash. Because her daughter in in college. She threw me under the bus. Just use a public defender if your thinking about using her. However her Brother Lane Brarden before becoming a judge was a excellent attorney. Lynn tried to use cases against me that where dropped.
