My experience on Wednesday, 1st October 2025 a follows: I arrived a bit early and was told I could just check-in. Dana at the registration desk was very helpful and told me they would be calling me back in a few. I sat down and did not wait over ten minutes and was taken back to room #5. There I got ready for the 3D mammogram. After the 3D mammogram the lady asked me to get dressed and follow her to see the Doctor. I appreciate all of you there at the Bearden josey breast health center in Spartanburg, I was there for my yearly mammogram on August 8th and everyone was awesome
The entrance is on Wood St. across from the parking garage. It's labeled with a big "2" but hard to find if you're looking on Serpentine. Lovely space with kind informative staff.
Highly upset. Brought my mother-in-law in for an appointment (who has a disability) and because my daughter was with me and she was under 18 I was not allowed to go back with her. She can not communicate well with people and is scared out of her mind. This is a joke. They said oh because the husbands can't go back. They couldn't let us go back. This is crazy. We are at a cancer center for women. We should be supporting each other. Highly would not recommend.
I had an appointment for an MRI that my insurance wouldn't cover. I was told that the rather large amount would be due at the time of service.Before driving from Gaffney to Spartanburg, I called and ask if CareCredit was accepted as payment and was told "yes". After my husband had to take off of work to drive me, we dealt with I-85 construction and finally arrived...I was told that CareCredit is not accepted so I couldn't have the test done.
