Update**** 10/8/26 I changed my review to reflect my in-person experience. I went in for my first-ever ultrasound and was VERY nervous. Sheila, who checked me in, was so kind! Especially when I misplaced my HSA card, I joked that it may have been my nerves, and she reassured me not to worry about it. I told her I was definitely nervous, and her kindness and reassurance really helped set the tone for how I hoped the rest of my visit would go. Sheila and Sherri in the breast cancer center are wonderful! They both were very nice and treated me with dignity.

I called to reschedule my ultrasound after receiving a voicemail from my OB office instructing me to do so if the date they selected on my behalf wasn’t possible. I called because I would be unavailable the date originally scheduled, and while I was explaining the situation, Lisa interrupted me and asked, “date of birth?” Her tone came across as very short and monotone, and I felt as though she was impatient for me to finish speaking. Everyone in this facility was pleasant and helpful. Tonia, who checked me in, was very nice. I was called in almost immediately even though I was early. I was escorted into the room by a very sweet girl. I had a mammogram which went very smoothly, thank you Jayla and Sheri. I also had to have a sonogram which was done by Michell. Again, went smoothly and did not take long at all. I have to return for a biopsy but I know that everyone there will be as pleasant as they were today.
