I just want to say first of all the staff that I encountered went above and beyond to be very compassionate and supportive. I want to give a very special thank you to Dr. Joshua Smith in Interventional Radiology. When I first got the call to come back after my mammogram for ultra sound and additional views, I got the terrifying news that I would need a biopsy. Sianna was very courteous and professional. I arrived 30 minutes early and was taken straight in for my annual mammogram. Karen Collin’s is amazing and made my first visit a pleasant one. Thanks again Karen and Sianna.
Everyone was exceptionally helpful, very courteous and friendly beginning with Dana at registration, D Smith Escort and Ashley in Mammography. So thankful for this wonderful caring team.
I was literally forced into having several mammograms by fear mongering and never did receive a straight answer from anyone at the Bearden-Josey Center. 'It may or may not' be cancer, come back in 6 months. They wouldn't even let me leave without scheduling another appointment. Wow! Insurance only covers partial bills so I was left spending hundreds of dollars, and I still don't know if I have breast cancer or just dense fibers. What a scam!!!
