If I could give this company 0 stars I would! I would never call them to do any work for me. Their business etiquette is awful! We had a lot of hail damage two weeks ago and obviously roofing sharks have been going through our neighborhood daily. We already have a contractor and it was very clear by the sign we had in our yard if the contractor we have already chosen. I was hesitant to write this review, but seeing so many 5 star reviews makes me have to jump in on this. Do not work with this company. First, their door to door salesmen came and said they would do a free inspection with their drone and then use AI to see about hail damage done. Great, AI is new and exciting and might find things as well as someone climbing up on the roof. I then had a consultation with my representative at roofer.com, who said they found over 100 places on the roof with hail damage. He had me file a claim ... read more
