Great staff and awesome customer service! Took my car in for some repair questions on a Friday afternoon, they were busy but the wait wasn't too bad and the waiting area is small yet cozy. Everyone was super friendly! They carefully evaluated my issue and gave me many options for the fix. Will definitely come back and recommend them to my friends and family :D
I first went to Bearded Brothers when my car broke down. I have AAA and they recommended the shop so I had my vehicle towed there the following day. After they were able to inspect the vehicle, they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. They test drove the vehicle and everything was normal. When I picked up my vehicle, they declined to charge me. When I contacted the Bearded Brothers it was for them to diagnose my car and then fix the problem. I took the car, and they ‘fixed’ what they thought was wrong. Turns out, $600 later, and not even 24 hours after I picked up the car, the light turned back on. I called them, and I told them if I could take it back in so they can at least see what is actually wrong with the car because whatever they did initially didn’t work or wasn’t the problem, not even 24 hours passed and the light turned back on.
