So sad to see this place closed. Hopefully it is just temporary. Might I suggest something to the owners- move this location to the shopping center on the NE corner of Chandler Blvd and Dobson. They already opened a Mochinut with great success, boba place and recently a Daiso (from Japan). Seems like a natural fit. I bet you'd 3-5X your revenue.
I'd love to give this establishment a good review, but it's difficult when they are closed Sunday thru Wednesday!
These taste just like the ones in Japan! I recently came back from Osaka Japan (where this company originated) and didn't realize one was already open in my backyard! While the prices are higher than in Japan, you still get the authentic flavor and texture. They are very big and come in many different flavors and fillings. Go try one!! I'm sure you'll love it!
I love this place but I don't have vehicle and ordered them thru doordash. They haven't turned on there doordash ordering system in over 3 weeks and I think it's because of very poor management and them running out of product. Their website says they are supposed to be open from 10am to 9pm but they come in an hour late and close an hour early every day which seems really really lazy for a store that already only opens 4 days a week.
