We went to Beard Papa's on Saturday afternoon and H-mart was nuts! So many people. No line at beard papa's and due to some prior strategizing, we were ready to order. We got the original with chocolate ice cream inside and it was my favorite of the three. We also got the oreo with vanilla and a creme brulee. I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon after a bite to eat in the Hmart food court; I was there around 1pm and there was no wait though they did have a sign up saying the green tea flavor was out. I ordered a classic and a creme brûlée and the lovely lady at the counter torched it fresh for me which was unexpected and fun! I had to eat that one right away lol and it was super tasty. Lorena was very friendly, the puffs are very creamy and full size. I forgot you can choose the fillings (vanilla, chocolate or green tea) and unfortunately I was given all vanilla. Still very delicious
We came here and tried two items — the original and the frozen raspberry. The original was soooo good! The sweetness was just right for me, with a great flavor and plenty of creamy puff inside. Compared to that, the raspberry one was a bit too sweet for my taste. After trying the original, I just couldn’t finish it. The flavor itself was nice, but I hope they tone down the sugar a bit.
