Walter Michael Zulandt Afraid my review is not a happy one. My cousin, a veteran, died Jan 1st 2019 and was taken to Beard's for cremation. I was led to believe they were only waiting for a Death Certificate to release his ashes. They supposedly were calling St Mary's twice a day to get the certificate but never sent anyone to press the matter.
