First went to Mohican Valley Concrete. Worst customer service I have ever had and owner very disrespectful. Came here and very friendly and great service. Will be coming here instead as I have other projects I’ll need done
Scheduled a delivery the day prior for 1pmthe following day, called again and confirmed at 10 the following morning and was told the truck would be on time. Received a call at 2:15 saying they couldn't deliver until after dark, wasted an entire day waiting on them. Was told they could deliver the following day at 1pm but I would not be prioritized and could lose another day. The job is less than 1 mile from their plant. An inability to meet obligations is a reflection on their management and organization.
