Friendly staff and very prompt on things.
I do not recommend this place. They charge two fees a month and they make you pay for insurance through them and add fees and taxes that end up costing more than your storage unit. They are not very nice and do not make any exceptions for anyone at any time.
Clearly fees, a month and taxes and insurance through them end up costing more than a 10 x 20 storage unit not very friendly. Do not help with any issues.
I had an amazing experience calling this storage facility, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Brooke! From the moment she answered the phone she was so friendly, kind, and professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel truly valued as a customer. Highly recommend this place — great service and an even greater team!
