they changed our appts with out even calling us or asking if it was ok with out family. My husband and I try to go back to back since we have a newborn and well we make out appts 6 months out and we got a post card in the mail with new appt times that were at the same time so no one to watch our child called to complain and to ask why and they made me feel like it was my fault and were not willing to work with me. Humm who pays who.
