Today, (5/22/2025 @ 11:50) I had a Dentiist Appointment at Bearable Dentistry in Moscow, Idaho. While waiting in their South waiting area I observed an older couple attempting to work with the reception staff on a billing issue. The male staff member did not understand HMO, PPO, and Medicare and was unable to explain anything to the couple. The female receptionist was impatient, condescending and rude.
