Dr. Jose de la Llana is one of the best doctors I have come across in recent years. His compassionate attitude, professionalism in his job and expertise are a credit to him along with his staff at the Bear Valley Urgent Care Center. They are a credit to the medical community and should be used as a benchmark for other Urgent Cares in the High Desert that lack professionalism, compassion and support for patients whom are seeking medical treatment.
