Can't speak to the vehicle service but I can tell you the customer service needs an overhaul. After driving an hour I was told they 'don't work on vehicles older than '06, sorry'. I thought he was joking. No one thought to tell me this when I provided all the information on the phone to make the appointment? Even when I specifically said 'I don't have my top on would you be able to keep it indoors?' - that wasn't a red flag that maybe this thing is older than an '06? Best service center for all things Range Rover/Land Rover! I have been coming here since moving to GA and I swear it top tier service every time! They are honest, friendly and super knowledgeable. Brett is my go to guy and Matt is awesome too. So thankful we don’t have to go to the dealer anymore, Bear Valley Is The G.O.A.T for service! A+
1st time ever to Bear Valley Service this morning. The place was clean, people were nice, and the service was A+. I brought my Range Rover sport in for what I believed was a need for new brake pads. I was told months ago by the dealer that the mild squeaking was due to needing pads. When I got there Matt had an inspection done and advised that I had over 40% of brake life. He advised why the brakes were squeaking and due to dust I was in no danger nor need for brakes at this point. The crazy thing was I came in prepared to p... read more
