1st time ever to Bear Valley Service this morning. The place was clean, people were nice, and the service was A+. I brought my Range Rover sport in for what I believed was a need for new brake pads. I was told months ago by the dealer that the mild squeaking was due to needing pads. When I got there Matt had an inspection done and advised that I had over 40% of brake life. Bear Valley is the best. Over the years when I was traveling for work, they kept my Sport Td6 running to 200k with just regular maintenance. Recently got another one with them in mind - skipped the dealer maintenance plan to stick with a team I trust. Appreciate everyone here!

I had a timing chain issue with my Rover and I brought it to Brett, they “repaired” it and two weeks later the engine is blown to shit because the “tensioner” failed. They agreed to rebuild my engine. They later changed their mind and refunded me for the timing chain and refused to make the repairs. Take your vehicle to Land Rover dealer, there’s guys are all about the money and no integrity.

If you own a Land Rover, this is the place to go. Whitney and the team are on another level—knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely invested in doing right by their customers. You get dealership-quality work without the inflated prices or upselling. They’re transparent, cost-conscious, and refreshingly down to earth. The vibe is cool and welcoming, but the service is elite. I wouldn’t take my Rover anywhere else—these folks have earned my full trust.
