Just got letter after being in this storage area over 3 years change rate with out explanation of 10% from 138.00 to 153.00 no increase in service, " just because" ! watch out !
The best storage facility I've used. Safe, clean, polite staff. The one complaint I have is that paying online can be horrendous.
