ZERO STARS. I think it's worth mentioning I have lived at Bear Valley Park Apartments for over a decade and have been happy without complaints until MG Properties purchased the complex in 2023. Since, staffing is inconsistent, phone calls/emails are either never returned or significantly delayed which makes living here a continued headache. Management is unresponsive. Cloud black mailing me over the phone is a bad thing and a deceptive tactic . None of bear vallely management is truthful about anything. Stealing through no service and trickery is a dishonest scheme and not earned or given truthfully. lying to obtain money and believe you are entitled to scam mean you are frauds.
