Very knowledgeable. I went to Home Depot 2x and got keys that didn’t fit. Bear Valley knew exactly which key I needed and got it right the first time.
Excellent customer service I had a deadbolt lock re-keyed in store, while I waited. Only $18 for a single cylinder.
