Customer service is terrible, can not ever get a hold of anyone to talk to, System is always down
Literally the worst Utility company and “customer service” I’ve ever dealt with! A company that grossly revels in judgment instead of doing the right thing. BBB has received and will continue to receive information about this TERRIBLE GROUP OF PPL. I’ve never had a company take a $350 payment on a CLOSED ACCT - then tell me “oh well, you should’ve stopped the payment” The fact that this is out only option for electric service and there’s no actual corporate holding that they need to answer to, gives them the monopoly and the... read more
The reviews don't lie. There is a reason they only have 1.8 stars....
They don’t make electricity. That means they purchase it from Edison at a premium and then still need to send it up the mountain to provide to customers. Edison obviously sells to them at a premium price and they pass along the transport costs to customers. Very expensive electricity. When I lived in Lake Arrowhead it was Edison and the cost per KW was by much cheaper. Where’s our local utilities Board?????
I had trouble with auto payment. The staff was terrific. So very helpful. They are real professionals
