Bear Valley Electric Service has become nothing but greedy and careless. They cut our power without warning, claiming “public safety,” but it’s obvious they’re just protecting themselves after past lawsuits. Last time they did this, my groceries went bad. I finally bought a generator, but I keep thinking about all the families who don’t have that option. They recently raised our bills by 40%, yet none of that money seems to go into real infrastructure improvements just into shutting the power off whenever they feel like it. ... read more
