50% increase? I guess anything is possible when you run a monopoly business. The bill they charge me is so high I can’t pay it online and they don’t take any cards in office so they are basically working like they are in the 70’s. What a joke. Overpriced, unreliable and no easy payment options. Get it together geez!

No wonder they have a 1 star. Just horrible from on- site dispatcher. Im on an account for a vacation rental They have solar that back feeds to they only have a bill maybe 1x per year. I saw an agent at the meter doing something.. politely asked if everything was ok... of course avoided me.. but i asked again, just to double check.. he said yes. Then it was all shut off. As he came back to turn it on I asked him why he said everything was OK when it wasn't... "not my deal" not "my problem". Just awesome, I understand your a ... read more
