Highest rates in the country, most power outages in the country. 0 reliability, 0 responsibility, 0 customer service. Incoming class action law suit
Terrible company. Worst infrastructure that I’ve ever lived/experienced. So far 4 power outages in the last week or two. New excuses every time. Not to mention the rising prices for zero benefit. Happy to be moving away. I’d add a photo but I don’t want to waste the data on them since the internet is out too because of it.
Horrible utility company. Someone please please start a class action suit against this mess of a company!! They need a purging of management in the worst way...
