They have it. The people helping you aren't the nicest gents you've ever met but I must admit they know what they're talking about. They have always had what I needed. Not too pricey.
Mr. "I can fix it!" I have been calling these guys for parts and advice for over 10 years now and they are the BEST!!!! They know their stuff and if you call them first they will have the part waiting for you at the counter! Don't waste your time going anywhere else!

Happy Fix It Yourself Home Owner Bear Valley appliances has been there for every Whirlpool appliance in the house over the last 18 years. They have the largest inventory of parts in house and have gone out of their way to overnight the one part that was not in stock. They are very focused on customer service and in this day and age that quality and focus is rare. Additionally, they have very competitive pricing. It is impossible to go wrong with this company.
