Rented at this location for over a year, staff was always helpful and kind. Daniel, the manager truly knows how to deal with customer satisfaction would definitely recommend anybody to this location. Great job guys.!!!!!

They charge late fees the 10th and add more late fees the 12th. They send mass emails with your full name and unit to everyone who is late paying and threaten to put it in the newspaper. They add a lock and then add fees to cut off the lock. So if you are late or ever have things coming up this isn’t the best storage. The owner wants to get as much as he can! I have been with Bear Valley Apatite Storage since 2012. I have moved units about 3 times within BVAS and have always been very happy with their customer service, their payments reminders ( THANK GOODNESS ) and never once have I heard in the entire time that I have been there, I have never heard of any security issues happening. Staff are very caring, compassionate and helpful. I can't bring myself to leave unless I Finally HAVE to leave. I will never use another storage facility up here in the HD.
