Absolutely horrible trailers and employees! Straight ghosted when I contacted the warranty department. Im a fishing guide that had no trailer to make a living explained to Brock in great detail how important a response would be appreciated. Can't believe that a company can sell a product that can injure or kill someone going down the highway. Awesome customer service from Brock! We had a mishap and lost our trailguard pin (our fault). They sent us a replacement no questions asked. I can safely say the chains on our trailer work as intended. Thank god!
