The two reviews on here are the complete truth. Management, if that's what you want to call them are THE WORST!! Unreasonable and unethical. Everything is outdated toilets overflow and the smoke alarm goes off every time you make a piece of toast or turn on the oven. We haven't been able to use our fireplace for the two years we lived here. The smell was so bad that Maintenance told us to keep our sliding door open when we used it?????????Yes this is the mentality you will be dealing with if you move here. STAY AWAY!! – THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. They find every possible reason and way to charge you for things. And don't EVER count on getting your security deposits back ever. They will find the dumbest reasons to hold on to it. They are unfair, and NOT worth the price. "Luxury" apartments is a LIE. I moved into my apartment and I didn't have hot water for 2 weeks. My dryer has broken twice, my dishwasher has flooded twice and my toilet flooded (out of nowhere, didn't even flush it!). Not to mention the maintenance and office peop... read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE SMALL KIDS!!! – We lived here between houses for about 3 months. In that time, my 4-year-old and 18-month-old were twice nearly mauled by neighborhood dogs - once literally right at my doorstep and once as we got out of the car parked just outside our apartment, even though we lived in a pet-free building. Both times we were not even looking at the dogs - they ran right up to us and started barking at the kids because their owners did not bother with leashes.
