My husband, his friend, and I did not enjoy our visit at this brewery. Our server, Lloyd took my ID and bent it several times as if he didn’t believe it were real. We then watched him attend to other tables as he continuously walked past and ignored us. We paid for our drinks and left. Will not return.
This is a small tap room, but the beers here are very good. The times I come here are rarely busy, so I like that. The service is always on point, and I really appreciate that. This is my spot to come to have a good beer in a chill bar.
Bear root has been around for a while and always has good beers. This was my first time at this location and was very disappointed. Beer stands on its own but the service and atmosphere has some issues with the current tender. They are blasting some rap that had the N word, literally every 10 seconds and once over.. another queued up just the same. As they ignore customers and watch a show.
